About The Role

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Tax & Treasury Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of tax & treasury activities across Australia & New Zealand. You will partner with GFSS teams to improve tax governance and minimize transactional risks and liaise with external parties on tax adherence and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Taxation Management - responsible for all taxation activities, ensuring full tax compliance with legislative reporting obligations for all legal entities in Australia and New Zealand.

• Manage international taxes such as withholding tax treaty applications and transfer pricing with regional/ global tax team;

• Develop and maintain tax risk management framework and testing of controls. Supervise and manage tax assessment.

• Treasury Management – assist FC managing banking, FX, financial market activities, forecasting cash payments, addressing any related cash flow issues, assist Company financial decision making, liaise with other business units on treasury matters.

• Holding and statutory reporting – assist FC managing statutory accounts and Financial Statement reporting in accordance with IFRS when required.

• Project delivery – lead and support local and regional projects when required.
