We're looking for a Team Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure that powers our products and fuels our growth.
In this high-impact role, you’ll:
Accelerate innovation by optimising deployment infrastructure, enabling rapid delivery of new products and features
Drive efficiency through DevOps best practices and smart cloud resource management
Ensure scalability and reliability of systems critical to customer experience and business continuity
Lead digital transformation, championing cloud-native technologies and modern development practices
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and DevOps excellence
Improve time-to-market with streamlined build pipelines and developer tooling
Strengthen security and compliance across our cloud and delivery infrastructure
Enable smarter decisions with robust monitoring and observability solutions

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent: A solid educational foundation with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Strong Technical Leadership: Proven experience leading engineering teams, balancing effective people management with hands-on technical delivery.
Deep Expertise in Kubernetes & AWS: Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and platform engineering best practices.
Strategic and Delivery-Oriented: Ability to define and drive the platform roadmap, manage sprint goals, and consistently deliver results with speed and quality.
Autonomous Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying solutions, making technical decisions, and demonstrating ownership and initiative.
Culture Champion with Growth Mindset: Passionate about leveraging modern tools, fostering a collaborative environment, and building high-performing teams.
