Job Description:
Freedom Property Investors helps everyday Australians build wealth through property. With over 10,000 members served and 2,000+ five-star Google reviews, we’re proud to be Australia’s leading property investment group.

We’re now seeking a hands-on, service-driven Team Leader to build and manage a new national team of Relationship Managers. This position is full-time and 100% remote, with daily team collaboration via Zoom. You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management—while also managing your own small portfolio of clients.

As the leader of our financial coaching team, you’ll drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring subscribers receive outstanding support with budgeting tools, financial coaching, and regular accountability check-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, onboard, and lead a high-performing Relationship Management team
  • Personally manage a portfolio of subscription clients
  • Design and implement SOPs, onboarding, and service frameworks
  • Deliver budgeting and financial accountability coaching through scheduled check-ins
  • Monitor client engagement, retention rates, and team KPIs
  • Work closely with internal teams including Finance, Client Services, and Property
  • Promote a strong team culture focused on client outcomes and continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, client advisory, or financial coaching
  • Previous experience leading or building service-based teams
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting, finance, or lending (preferred)
  • Strong communicator and remote team motivator
  • Track record of driving retention, satisfaction, or NPS outcomes
  • Comfortable managing systems, building SOPs, and creating team processes
  • Passion for helping clients improve their financial future
  • Must be willing to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment (consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)

This role is for you if you:

  • Enjoy a blend of leadership and direct client work
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Are comfortable working from home and leading a distributed team over Zoom

This role is not for you if you:

  • Haven’t led or managed a team before
  • Prefer purely strategic or back-end roles
  • Are not comfortable being on video calls with team members and clients daily

How to Apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your leadership experience and passion for client success. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
