Job Description
As part of the Universal Products and Experiences team you will support the wider SEAI (Southeast Asia and India) on category, franchise, retail and marketing tasks, across the following responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with SEAI agents, SEAI team and key stakeholders across various time zones
- Oversee and manage administrative contract operations across SEAI team; ensuring prompt contract entry, management and action of the workflow across internal and external stakeholders - additionally assisting with direct administration requirements where there is a need
- Lead quarterly forecasting process, including data entry of licensee forecasts, royalty reporting and outstanding invoice communications to licensees
- Support the team, to drive commercial growth in the region with licensee category gaps, line plans and licensees
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets/tracking documents and the distribution of licensee lists, brand presentations and other sales materials
- Manage and assist with wider team upfronts, workshops, events and meetings
- Proactive diary management for the Director Commercial and the coordination of domestic and international travel plans for the SEAI team
- Manage weekly team updates for senior management
- Oversee the marketing budget. Creating and setting up new vendor accounts, raising purchase orders (using SAP) and coding invoices for payment, following through as required to ensure timely payment
- Assistance with asset management and NDA requests
- Providing general office administration; ordering stationery, supplies and equipment for department; facilities duties; arranging couriers & post
- Ad hoc projects, marketing approvals and tasks as required

- Strong PC skills with Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Keynote and Mac highly advantageous
