We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead (MarTech) who’s as comfortable building services and applications as they are shaping the architecture behind them. You’ll play a central role in evolving our marketing technology ecosystem to deliver smarter, more connected experiences.

What you'll do

• Design and build solutions across our marketing tech stack – from integration through to bespoke utility applications.
• Write code daily across the entire stack – confident operating across everything from React to Node & Python. 
• Utilise cloud services to deploy solutions. (AWS, GCP).
• Work with platforms such as Relevance AI to deploy solutions which use agentic and tool capabilities to solve problems in the most effective way.
• Partner with marketers, analysts, platform specialists and developers to turn ideas into scalable solutions.
• Streamline integrations between platforms like Braze, Marketo, and Google Analytics to improve the smarts of these platforms.
• Utilise data pipelines, understanding data objects within Redshift, Snowflake, and modern APIs practices.
• Contribute to technical strategy while still staying close to the tools, codebase, and delivery work.

About you

• You’ve got solid experience in marketing technology and are comfortable integrating tools like Marketo, Braze, and Google Marketing Platform.
• You can move comfortably between architecture and execution – drawing the big picture one moment and writing API code the next.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS or GCP, with hands-on experience deploying apps and services in the cloud.
• Experience working with data at scale – you know your way around Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Proficient working within cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and deploying services using modern CI/CD practices.
• Confident communicator who can bridge technical detail and business context – you don’t just build solutions; you explain why they matter.
• You are a daily AI user who thinks agentic and understands how to leverage LLMs within your solutions.
