We’ve had an exciting opportunity open up as a Tech Lead. Located in Sydney CBD, this role provides technical direction and leadership to a team of developers building our Australian product.
We’re looking for people who are as excited about our vision and purpose as we are. For the Tech Lead role we are specifically looking for someone who:
- Is a capable full-stack developer and fast learner, especially in modern stacks (TypeScript/React, Python)
- Can confidently lead architecture decisions and set technical direction
- Has experience building and scaling greenfield systems
- Is comfortable working with external partners and APIs when needed
- Collaborates well with cross-functional teams and communicates clearly
- Loves problem-solving and writing clear, useful documentation
- Brings care, energy, and positivity to their team
