The Technical Account Manager (TAM) for AWS Cloud customers is responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to help customers optimise their use of AWS services. The TAM serves as a strategic advisor, ensuring that customers achieve their business objectives and gain maximum value from their AWS investments.
Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships, understand business goals, and provide tailored technical guidance.

Deliver consultative and operational support across AWS applications.

Lead Strategic Business Reviews, Security Improvement Programs, Well-Architected reviews, and Cost Optimization workshops.

Identify and mitigate security, operational, and continuity risks.

Champion customer needs within Versent and implement AWS best practices for robust solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
-
Strong AWS expertise in architecture, cost management, security, and reliability.
-
Customer engagement skills with the ability to advocate for customer needs at all levels.
-
Proven problem-solving and consultative experience, delivering tailored solutions.
-
Expertise in incident and risk management, including post-incident reviews and corrective actions.
-
5+ years in Senior Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, IT Manager, or Engineer roles.
-
Hands-on experience in at least two AWS domains (Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Security, etc.).

Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
