Technical Account Manager (TAM)

The TAM is responsible for day-to-day delivery operations for an Account(s). Overall you will lead our client commitments, service levels and incremental growth.

Essential Job Functions:
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned client accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Delivery Associates to ensure smooth account operations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs.
• Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.
• Work with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies.
• Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide regular updates on account performance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
• Proficiencies in strategic planning, reporting, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
