We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our APAC Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor for our partners, helping them unlock the full potential of their Kaseya products. You’ll work post-sale, building strong relationships, optimising product usage, and ensuring customers see measurable value from their investment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of partners covering 4 products within one of our product suites.

  • Deliver technical guidance, best practice advice, and product health checks to ensure optimal setup and usage.

  • Build strong relationships with Account Managers to drive engagements and adoption.

  • Identify opportunities for product expansion and partner growth, contributing to sales performance goals.

  • Work closely with Professional Services for scoping and handover of larger, customised projects.

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to help shape product improvements.

Success in This Role Means
  • Engagements (33%) – Building strong relationships with Account Managers to secure meetings.

  • Sales Performance (33%) – Helping the sales team close by showcasing product value.

  • Customer Growth & Retention – Ensuring customers stay, expand, and advocate for Kaseya.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer success within IT, MSP, SaaS, or security solutions.

  • Ability to blend technical credibility with sales acumen—you can talk product and still close a deal.

  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • A commercial mindset—you spot growth opportunities and know how to turn them into revenue.

  • High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
