About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Technology Architecture to join our growing team, partnering with leading solution providers to deliver complex technology transformation programs.

This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for defining technology strategy, enterprise architecture and solution roadmaps across large-scale digital and business transformation initiatives. You will work with executive stakeholders to modernise technology platforms, improve customer experience and enable future-ready technology ecosystems.

The ideal candidate combines deep architecture expertise with strong consulting capabilities, commercial acumen and a passion for solving complex business challenges cross-industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Serve as the trusted technology advisor to senior client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs and Digital Transformation leaders.
  • Lead architecture engagements from strategy through to delivery.
  • Facilitate executive workshops to define business capabilities, technology vision and transformation roadmaps.
  • Present architectural recommendations to executive steering committees and governance forums.

Architecture & Technology Strategy

  • Develop enterprise, business, application, integration and technology architectures.
  • Define target-state architecture and transition roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
  • Assess existing technology landscapes and identify opportunities for simplification, modernisation and innovation.
  • Establish architecture principles, governance models and technology standards.
  • Drive cloud adoption and platform modernisation initiatives.

Transformation Excellence

Lead architecture across initiatives including:

  • OOSD Systems
  • Large Technology Transformations
  • Offer & Order Management
  • Loyalty platforms
  • Reservation and ticketing systems
  • Digital customer experience
  • Mobile and omnichannel platforms
  • Contact Centre and operational technology integration
  • API-led integration ecosystems
  • Data and analytics platforms

Delivery Leadership

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects and consultants.
  • Provide technical oversight across complex transformation programs.
  • Manage architecture risks, dependencies and design decisions.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, scalability, resilience and performance requirements.

Practice Development

  • Contribute to the practice growth and capability development.
  • Coach and mentor consultants and architects.
  • Support business development, proposal responses and client pursuits.
  • Build strategic relationships with technology vendors and ecosystem partners.

Required Experience

Essential

  • 15+ years' experience in technology architecture, enterprise architecture or solution architecture.
  • Experience delivering complex technology transformation programs within consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Highly desirable : Experience in Tourism and Hospitality Industry
  • Demonstrated experience leading architecture teams and engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, integration patterns and modern digital platforms.
  • Experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps and technology strategies.
  • Proven consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with:
  • OOSD Platforms (Offer, Order, Settle, Delivery)
  • Loyalty platforms
  • Revenue management systems
  • Digital commerce platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
  • TOGAF certification (preferred).
  • Cloud certification (AWS, Azure or GCP) highly regarded.
  • Agile certifications desirable.
