Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a contract role on a large-scale transformation program that is embedding AI into real-world business operations. You’ll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that innovative AI solutions are designed and delivered to meet actual business needs.

In this role, you’ll act as the connector between technical teams and the business. You’ll document processes, operations, and workflows, create clear playbooks, and translate complex requirements into practical outcomes. You’ll also support testing and rollout, ensuring solutions are smoothly adopted and deliver long-term value.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge AI initiative while shaping how advanced technology lands across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Skilled at gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows, and processes

  • Ability to create clear operational documentation, guides, and playbooks

  • Strong experience translating business challenges into technical requirements

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and product managers

  • Familiarity with agile delivery environments and iterative ways of working

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities

  • Proven ability to support testing, validation, and smooth rollout of new technology solutions
