Job DescriptionAre you a natural problem solver who thrives on transforming business needs into structured, actionable solutions? We're on the lookout for a Technical Business Analyst who can work at the intersection of product, engineering, and delivery—facilitating clarity, driving outcomes, and helping teams do their best work.
In this hybrid role, you'll operate at the heart of project delivery—working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable solutions. You'll own the detail and play a critical role in delivering high-impact digital products that improve the way we work and serve our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, refine, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business goals into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Clarify technical ambiguities and ensure shared understanding across teams.
Stakeholder Communication & Facilitation
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring goals, constraints, and expectations are clearly understood.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, planning) and communicate progress and blockers with clarity.
- Translate high-level business objectives into feasible, valuable product features.
Technical Awareness & Quality
- Understand the technical architecture and limitations of the systems in use.
- Provide input into solution design, keeping both technical feasibility and business outcomes in mind.
- Collaborate with engineers and QA to define Definition of Done, support acceptance testing, and ensure solutions meet the brief.
Product Backlog & Planning
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to prioritise and refine backlogs.
- Break down complex business needs into structured, testable user stories.
- Balance strategic, BAU, and support requests to ensure optimal team focus
- Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analysis.
- Strong experience with enterprise-grade software solutions and Agile environments.
- Proven ability to document complex business and technical requirements with clarity and structure.
- Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and familiar with Agile metrics and workflows.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills—you bring people together to deliver.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
- A passion for creating structure, solving problems, and driving outcomes.
