Cochlear is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce Health Cloud CRM and Auth0/identity management to join one of our autonomous squads. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for managing systems that support the account lifecycle, patient identity, and the digital recipient experience at Cochlear.
Some of the responsibilities include
- Bridging technical and business teams to gather, analyse and document system requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Facilitating squad ceremonies such as; Backlog Grooming, Refinement and Stand Up to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Supporting testing, implementation and change management by validating solutions and ensuring smooth delivery across our Project Delivery Framework.
- Analysing existing systems and data flows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitoring project deliverables and timelines, raising risks and dependencies early to avoid delivery delays.
Essential skills
- 5 years experience as a Technical Business analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall frameworks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work proactively in an autonomous squad
- Experience in Salesforce CRM and Auth0/identity will be highly regarded
