Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support major digital platform and integration initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role works across cloud‑based systems and customer‑facing applications, helping teams understand requirements, technical impacts, and cross‑platform dependencies. You will work with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to interpret how systems connect, how data moves through integrations, and what is required to enable successful feature delivery.

The position requires a strong technical mindset with the ability to think at an architectural level – understanding integration patterns, system interactions, and solution dependencies. You will contribute to the definition of technical and functional requirements, support iterative delivery in an Agile environment, and help ensure the team has clarity on what needs to be built and how it fits within the broader digital ecosystem. This role suits someone who enjoys operating in complex environments and excels at communicating technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical BA experience with the ability to understand system interactions, integration patterns, and architectural concepts
  • Experience working across multi‑system or cloud‑based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)
  • Ability to support feature definition, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery within Agile/Scrum teams
  • Experience working across digital platforms or customer-facing applications
  • Ability to contribute to technical and functional documentation that supports architecture and engineering teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially when discussing technical concepts
  • Experience using Agile tooling (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) to support delivery
  • Nice to have - exposure to digital identity, authentication, or similar domains; broader end-to-end BA lifecycle experience
