About the Role:

Are you a tech-savvy leader passionate about building high-quality software and driving innovation? We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join our Search and Location team impacting millions of customers.  

As a Technical Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our delivery squads: guiding engineers, setting standards, and ensuring the technical excellence of our solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Designers to turn ideas into scalable, robust technology. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Leading by example – coaching, mentoring, and guiding engineers to deliver quality solutions aligned with product vision. 
  • Own technical delivery – from design and estimation through to build, testing, and operations. 
  • Defining and continuously improving technical best practices and patterns. 
  • Supporting development, unblocking technical challenges, and solving complex issues. 
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to align technical feasibility with business goals. 
  • Managing tech debt and maintaining strong system performance and resilience. 
  • Driving value by helping articulate how technology supports and enables the broader product strategy. 

 

What we are looking for  

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring and performance guidance. 
  • Strong backend development skills, particularly in .NET. 
  • Solid cloud experience (preferably with AWS). 
  • Hands-on experience with OpenSearch. 
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across disciplines and stakeholders.
