About the Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Technical Claims Specialist – Property. You will manage a portfolio of complex cases, conduct activities to ensure a high quality service delivery and provide expert technical guidance and be a point of referral for adjusters and the client(s) to ensure the provision of a high-quality claims service that supports efficient and effective service delivery.
Please note the internal position is Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on property claims (domestic and commercial)
- Manage a caseload of complex claims to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes
- Oversee Administration team performance, ensuring KPI, SLA, and quality compliance
- Coach and support colleagues to build capability and maintain high standards
- Conduct claims audits and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyse trends and drive process and system improvements
- Handle escalations and disputes, ensuring effective resolution
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, brokers, and suppliers
- Promote a customer-first approach aligned with company values
About You
- Experience in property claims handling (essential)
- Background in customer service
- Insurance qualification (Certificate level or above)
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in quality/audit (desirable)
- Highly organised, resilient, and solutions focused
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach
