As a Technical Product Owner, you’ll lead digital transformation at the heart of our frontline operations. You’ll own the technology that empowers our airport and cabin teams, spanning employee‑facing digital interfaces and applications through to the backend systems and integrations that enable seamless operations. Working across multiple squads and vendors, and partnering closely with the Digital team and fellow TPOs within the technology ecosystem, you’ll translate business strategy into clear, outcome‑driven technology roadmaps. These roadmaps will remove friction, streamline operations, and enable our frontline teams to focus on what matters most: delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape how our frontline engages with technology, balancing innovation with operational excellence, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver products that are secure, resilient, and built for impact.

You’ll Have

  • Strong experience in operational service management
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an Agile environment (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking to solve, or lead the solving of, complex strategic problems at scale
  • Expert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and align business unit processes with enterprise-wide processes
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with experience driving tangible commercial outcomes
  • Strong people leadership skills and experience
  • Proficiency across multiple Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Human‑Centred Design (HCD), and others
  • Experience designing and facilitating fit‑for‑purpose workshops that deliver clear, defined outcomes
