About this opportunity:

As the Facilities Coordinator you will coordinate the facilities across Australia to ensure effective management of the facilities including, environmental & sustainability, repairs & maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Sales and Technical Services managers and staff to achieve timely and best available Technical Support experience for customers throughout ANZ

  • Coordinate and prioritise technical support site visits in the Sydney metropolitan area, Queensland regional, and as directed by the ANZ Technical Services Manager

  • Facilitate continuing support and mentoring of TFPP products, with a high level of professionalism in the day-to-day dealings with internal and external customers

  • Develop technical expertise of JCI Fire Detection products

  • Develop technical expertise of customers by development, promotion, and delivery of agreed and effective training and mentoring programs

  • Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers

  • Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services

  • Acts with customers in mind

  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect

What we are looking for:

  • Diploma in Electronics or 6 years in Fire industry programming Detection Systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of JCI Detection Products

  • Willing to train customers

  • Willing to assist customer both onsite and offer technical support off site
