Do you want to use your passion and talent to make consumption more sustainable?

We're Europe's fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished products, empowering customers to acquire items up to 40% cheaper while making a substantial impact on reducing CO2 emissions compared to buying new devices.

Since our launch in February 2017, we grew to more than 300 employees and expanded across the European region. Throughout this journey, we've successfully concluded three substantial funding rounds, selling hundreds of thousands of products. Thanks to our team's efforts, we were recognized as the Top Employer in the DACH region (2023 and 2024) by Kununu and secured the title of an ACM Preferred Employer (2023).

We are looking for a (Senior)Technical Program Manager who will be overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of critical and strategic programs as our company scales. You will work closely with our product squads, Chief Product Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, VP of Customer Service and Engineering leads to ensure the projects are completed effectively while meeting the organization's objectives and contributing to a greener tomorrow.
WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a proven track record of delivering business results on a global scale, successfully managing multiple complex projects in a software company, ideally an e-commerce marketplace, from inception to completion.
  • You are highly skilled at leading by influence and are able to effectively listen and communicate with different stakeholder groups (cross-functional teams), including company leadership, to ensure project goals are met with timely and efficient execution.
  • You have a deep understanding of technical concepts, are detail-oriented, and can work with the cross-functional teams to help them formulate a plan and execute it across departments and/or companies.
  • You are a strategic thinker and able to quickly understand a technical system to help with prioritization, problem-solving, unblocking, clarifying ownership, and accountability, helping to streamline execution and minimize and manage interdependencies.
  • You adapt your style to the needs of different groups and understand the relationship and interplay between operational teams, technical teams, and business teams.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in an agile environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ensuring efficient, on plan, execution of projects/strategies across Product, Engineering, Supply, Strategy, Customer Service, and other internal and external integration partners.
  • Delivery planning, OKR mechanics, and coordination across delivery teams. This includes project plans, milestones/deadlines, progress tracking, alignment, and managing cross-team and external partner (Zendesk) communication.
  • Risk, dependency, issue management including mitigation strategies, and timely escalation internally or with external partners when needed.
  • Chasing down impediments in development, deployment, and GTM and ensuring they get resolved.
  • Identifying opportunities to help bring efficiencies to cross-department and inter-company programs.
  • Defining and documenting clear ownership.

Additional Skills we appreciate:

Proficiency with modern collaboration tools including Notion, Gitlab, Google Analytics, Looker, Slack, Zapier, and Microsoft Office 365.

WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING WITH US:

Our Culture and Values:

  • Decisions should be made based on facts and not by hierarchy levels? We sure think so!
  • We embrace giving and receiving feedback, testing and welcoming new ideas, as well as sharing our knowledge across the company.
  • You fail sometimes? Well, so do we! We’re all just human, let’s learn from our mistakes to improve in the future!
  • No matter who you love, where you’re from, who you pray to, whether you pee sitting down or standing up – we are a bunch of talented people who enjoy spending our time making a difference!

Personal & Professional Development:

  • You can take unlimited number of trainings we are offering you through LinkedIn learning.
  • We partner with Likeminded, offering you private sessions with experts for your personal growth and mental health.
  • We frequently host internal workshops, allowing our teams to further develop their skills in different areas and enhancing collaboration across departments.

Flexibility:

  • We care about a healthy work/life balance. We not only function and support a fully remote setting but also offer the possibility to work from our beautiful office in the vibrant heart of Vienna – we love dogs, so feel free to bring your furry little buddy too 😊
  • We trust you to do the best job, so we don't care so much when you do it – you are able to self-organize.
  • You will also be invited to take part in our office weeks, happening three times a year, where you will have the chance to work side by side with your colleagues and enjoy the team-building events and on-site workshops
