Job Description

We’re ramping up our AI capabilities and are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong AI and integration experience to help drive delivery across a growing portfolio of initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and integration. You’ll work alongside experienced Product Leads (who provide strategic direction) but will be expected to operate independently, translating vision into structured delivery plans, identifying dependencies, and driving prioritisation without needing step-by-step direction.

You will translate AI product vision into clear, actionable delivery plans and well-structured backlogs, ensuring initiatives move from concept to execution smoothly. With a strong understanding of how end-to-end AI solutions come together — including models, data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms. You will identify cross-functional dependencies, manage sequencing across multiple teams, and proactively address risks and blockers.

Working closely with engineering, architecture, data, and business stakeholders, you’ll drive prioritisation aligned to business value and technical feasibility while ensuring governance, reporting, and delivery outcomes are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical PM or Product Owner in complex technology environments

  • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML initiatives (e.g. GenAI, automation, data-driven platforms)

  • Strong integration experience (APIs, system integrations, cloud environments)

  • Ability to understand technical architecture and connect the dots across systems

  • Confident working in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate with high autonomy and limited hand-holding
