We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our software engineering organization and Forward Deployed AI Engineering team, in Sydney, Australia, the US and London.
You’ll own end-to-end hiring for all technical roles. You’ll partner closely with the leadership team to help us build a high-talent team and deliver world-class candidate experiences.
This is a mid-level role for someone who’s comfortable running point on multiple searches at once, and who knows how to operate autonomously, strategically, and inclusively.
What you’ll doRun full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across functions and levels
Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, shape roles, and build effective processes
Source and help close high-caliber talent, particularly in the Sydney market
Deliver great candidate experiences with timely comms, clarity, and context
Partner with the leadership team to refine our employer brand
Keep pipelines and systems clean and up to date (we use Ashby)
Collaborate with and coach interviewers and hiring managers as needed
We’re looking for someone who gets excited about employer branding, candidate experience, and building teams that last through the highs and lows of growth. The ideal candidate knows the Sydney technical market very well, but is comfortable searching across geis, and can quickly identify high-calibre candidates.
You might be a fit if you:
Have 4-7+ years of experience hiring engineers at top startups or technical companies
Have filled roles across full-stack, infra, AI, and solutions engineering, and know what “exceptional” looks like
Have worked in environments with high hiring bars and high velocity
Are comfortable juggling multiple searches while keeping things thoughtful and personal
Write great outreach and know how to run high-signal screens
Are organized, warm, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously across time zones
