The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team or facilitate direct to customer engagement to understand customer needs, challenges, and technical specifications.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our healthcare software products, including features, functionality, and technical aspects.
  • Respond to Technical Inquiries: Provide timely and customer-focused responses to technical portions of tenders, RFPs, and customer information requests. Coordinate and manage customers security review requests with support from the global team.
  • Solution Design: Design customised solutions that address specific customer requirements and enhance healthcare workflows. Develop and maintain supporting documentation for projects.
  • Proposal Development: Work closely with sales representatives to create compelling proposals that highlight the technical benefits of our solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyse complex technical problems and propose effective solutions, considering factors such as scalability, integration, security, and compliance.
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders: Act as a subject matter expert for all client facing applications, supporting sales and marketing efforts.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients and vendors by effectively communicating technical details and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  • Closing Deals: Contribute to closing deals by providing technical insights and confidence to potential customers.

Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare software industry.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of healthcare software solutions and implementation processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
