The purpose of these role is to improve business outcomes with Quality and Outcome Measures; increase capability through reviews, feedback and coaching and providing technical support to our Claims Operations Teams.

These roles will be full-time, pemanent positions and can be based in Sydney, Newcastle, Parramatta or Gosford offices, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities through reporting and insights gained from QA and other feedback channels.
  • Provide support to claims teams with items such as section 39, subsequent liability (for duly made claims on a easonable excuse), retiring age claims etc.
  • Quality and Outcome measure improvement – coaching completed on at risk claims or where opportunity area is identified with a demonstrated improvement in results.
  • Improve overall quality of decisions relating to liability/work capacity/PIAWE/weekly payment entitlements and communication through effective training and quality reviews.
  • Completion of accurate reporting relating to contractual measures/targets/projects/initiatives and coaching outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

  • Must have sound knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation Legislation and Guidelines (Case Managers must have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience within NSW workers compensation).
  • Be able to proactively autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationship at all levels across multiple groups and segments within the business.
  • Legal background is desirable but not essential.
