The Technician will troubleshoot RF products, assemble PCBAs, conduct functional testing, assist in prototyping, and maintain test stations to meet production requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Perform troubleshooting work with RF related products down to PCBA level
- Conduct box build and sub-assembly functional testing
- Assembly and rework of PCBAs with SMT components
- Perform final assembly of electronic devices from sub-components
- Build packaging for finished products
- Setup and maintain test stations to ensure quality production
- Assist engineers in building and testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures
- Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements.
- Prepare production documents, such as standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch records, inventory reports, or productivity reports
- Able to do de-bugging of PCBA
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed
What we need to see:
- NTC/ITC in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Basic electronics, digital and components knowledge background
- At least 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience
- Hand soldering skills with 0402, QFP component sizes or above to rework PCB
- Experience with BGA rework station is a plus
- Proficient in reading circuit schematic diagram
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Possess a positive working attitude
- Equipment maintenance
- Manual soldering skills down to 0201 (mm) SMT components
- Proficiency with power tools
- Ability to comprehend blueprints
