  • Manage both an internal team of product specialists and a remote team of developers.
  • Manage the capex and open budget to maximize product development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals in the DXG and North American product teams to understand technology and product developments, particularly AI, that may be adapted in APAC.
  • Develop and maintain outcome-based product roadmaps, working with the Associate Director, Content Solutions and the Commercial Manager (R&L) to prioritise initiatives that drive measurable customer and commercial impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, content, sales and GTM teams to deliver high-quality releases, launches and customer communications.
  • Conduct internal and customer-facing webinars to demonstrate product features and functionality.
  • Ensure robust release strategies, including beta programmes, phased rollouts, and feedback loops.

Commercial & Customer Success

  • Work with the Associate Director, Content Solutions, and Commercial Manager (R&L) to set and track clear success metrics (customer adoption, retention, NPS, revenue, etc) for all initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and intervening as needed.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Manage regular upstream reporting requirements

Team Leadership, Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative product team culture, ensuring alignment to vision, goals, and values.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business, including executive sponsors, content leaders, technology, and commercial teams to ensure product development is aligned with strategic goals.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial leaders in the software portfolio to integrate content solutions into software products.
