Tasks:
- Assist in the design, planning, implementation and execution of projects
- Supporting sales team of pre-sale processes
- Drafting proposals, calendar entries
- Cross-checking sales compliance
- Provision telecommunications, IT & ICT products & services
- Tracking order and provisioning checklists
- Updating CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate and liaise with vendors and clients on project delivery
- Monitor and track stock levels
- Manage ordering and receipt of stock
- Co-ordinate inbound and outbound freight movements
- Provide excellent customer and technical for prospective and existing customers
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner
