At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better — and we’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Upper Extremities team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a strong-performing territory at a time when new product launches are set to be true game changers.

What you’ll do

As a Territory Manager, you’ll:

  • Build and grow relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff across your territory

  • Provide clinical and technical support in theatre to ensure safe and effective product use

  • Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Stryker’s upper extremities portfolio

  • Develop and execute territory business plans and sales strategies to achieve targets

  • Manage existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities

  • Collaborate with your team and manager to share insights and drive growth

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform your strategy

  • Ensure accurate records of account activity, stock levels and customer interactions

Who you are

We’re seeking someone with a strong sales mindset and drive to succeed. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • A proven track record of sales success and territory strategy, or

  • The ambition, competitiveness and coachability to grow quickly into the role

  • The ability to perform in high-pressure theatre environments and think on your feet

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
