About the role: 

As our  Food Safety Territory Manager, you will work closely with supermarkets and large retailers, ensuring they operate with cleaner, safer and healthier environments. You will develop and maintain relationships with food retail customers, provide first class training and servicing support to ensure our customers challenges are resolved.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory

  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to deliver excellent service to customers

  • Conducting training sessions to ensure our customers are using our sanitising solutions and equipment effectively and safely

  • Conduct food safety, brand standards and other on-site evaluations at customer locations, assessing workplace safety and environmental cleanliness

  • Assisting with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers

  • Servicing equipment and conducting some basic repairs/maintenance if required.

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, based upon Ecolab’s extensive training program.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience within Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants

  • Understanding of food safety and compliance

  • The drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add genuine value to your customers through the highest standards of service

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • Desire to have a career at Ecolab
