About the business/role/team

This role is part of the Change Delivery team in the Banking Department of the RBA. Reporting to the Test Manager, you will manage a small group of test professionals in a squad as part of an Agile team but also be part of a broader group of test & project team members. This is part of a long-term program of project work.

About the role

• Responsible for managing a team of test analysts as part of an Agile team

• Hands on testing role with HR responsibilities

• Reporting to a Test Manager from a line management perspective but reporting to the Scrum master and delivery lead on a daily basis

About you

• Experience working on payments platforms in a cloud (Azure) environment

• Previous team lead and people management experience

• API, Automation & NFT testing experience using Postman, Selenium & Jmeter

• Confluence, Jira and Qmetry exposure,

• Good communicator, assertive with a focus on quality outcomes
