About the business/role/team
This role is part of the Change Delivery team in the Banking Department of the RBA. Reporting to the Test Manager, you will manage a small group of test professionals in a squad as part of an Agile team but also be part of a broader group of test & project team members. This is part of a long-term program of project work.

Responsible for managing a team of test analysts as part of an Agile team
Hands on testing role with HR responsibilities
Reporting to a Test Manager from a line management perspective but reporting to the Scrum master and delivery lead on a daily basis
About you
Experience working on payments platforms in a cloud (Azure) environment
Previous team lead and people management experience
API, Automation & NFT testing experience using Postman, Selenium & Jmeter
Confluence, Jira and Qmetry exposure,
Good communicator, assertive with a focus on quality outcomes
