As the Technical Lead, you will:
- Be trusted and viewed as a technical subject matter (SME)
- Serve as an internally recognized expert in process development and engineering, identifying, defining, and solving complex business problems through a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing technology.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of product formulation, packaging, and specifications for raw to ensure that all new formulas and initiatives introduced are fully runnable on the production lines to guarantee general efficiency (GE%) and waste % targets of the year based on annual contract (AC).
- Leverage deep knowledge of oven functionality, utilizing advanced thermal devices (e.g., Mole, Scorpion) and statistical analysis to establish and maintain substantial centerlines.
- Actively participate in Technical Readiness Level (TRL) reviews and discussions, shaping the technical direction of the business.
- Lead the execution and oversight of Alternative Line Qualifications (ALQ), provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for trials.
- Part of Commissioning, Qualification and Verification (CQV) methodology for bottom-up and top-down initiatives ensuring meticulous documentation developed for centerlines, critical parameters to the process (CTP's) and critical parameters to quality (CTQ's).
- Lead Strategic Projects & Process Optimization:
- Drive process development and optimization to deliver tangible consumer benefits through new product presentations, quality inspired projects and significant cost savings.
- Develop bottom-up initiatives, technical approaches, detailed plans, deliverables, and timelines to ensure resolutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate globally and regionally, aligning with the Engineering, Research and Development (R&D), Business Development (BD) and Quality agendas to deploy robust processes across Mondelēz factories, emphasizing a superior consumer experience.
- Cultivate Leadership & Talent Development:
