Job Summary

Critical analysis and maintenance of inventory levels through the evaluation of demand signals per SKU in order to generate supply replenishment plans and control the physical distribution of the right finished product to the right location at the right time in the right quantity to meet desirable customer service levels.

Responsibilities/Description:
• Analyze demand during lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and demand.
• Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory
• Pull FINI material requirements into the region of sales based on local/regional demand plans and sales history.
• Be accountable for master data set-up for material management in the assigned warehouses;
• Execute standard availability to promise date for customer delivery (imported products only) based on lead times and communicates changes to Customer Service.
• Manage Inventory levels and Health – be accountable for Non-Productive Inventory, and proactive shelf-life monitoring
• Manage supply issues during times of short supply
• Analyze customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with the marketing/product manager, sales reps and Demand planner to validate the forecast of demand by customer/warehouse for each SKU.
• Monitor the appropriate metrics, and conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions to address interregional supply issues.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (no specific major field required)
• 3 - 4 years' in manufacturing, customer service, sales, production planning role,
• Excellent business English communication skills
• Local language communication skills
• Analytical and quantitative skills
Training / Certifications:
• SAP, APO, MRP training on functional areas of expertise
• APICS Module I (Basics of Supply Chain Management) training
• Six Sigma certification
