  • Lead topline sales analytic function including sales drivers, trend, Gross to net, customer claims. Working closely with Demand function and business leaders to identify growth opportunities and sales risk mitigation.
  • Lead Internal Control function to provide recommendations for enhanced internal control processes and carry out independent assessments to the Senior Management on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes for Abbott Nutrition International
     

Main responsibilities

  •  Collect and report sales data for Affiliates including: To-market sales, In-market sales by channel, customer, export and domestic, Offtake triangulation with 3rd party data. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Working with regional Market insight, local sales team to develop a methodology to calculate offtake/consumption, accurately report export sales vs domestic demand.
  • Managing Gross to net spend budget and SKU level ASP for actual reporting and forecasting purposes.
  • Review and approve Trade claims to ensure accuracy and in compliance with policy and Abbott programs. Propose way of improving Trade promotional program in collaboration with Commercial team to enhance program effectiveness, cost control and visibility.
  • Responsible for Channel inventory reporting process and design of annual inventory audit program for Tier 1 and Tier 2 inventory.
  • Implement new and enhanced control processes for ANI ANZ as identified and recommended by the regional/Division/Corp audit team.
  • Conduct regular assessment of ANI ANZ’s process to identify gaps and recommend process changes.
  • Prepare and update the Internal Audit plan, as necessary, in response to changes in Abbott Nutrition International (ANI) ANZ’s business, risks, operations, programs, systems, and controls to uphold trade claim hygiene and channel inventory compliance.
  • Responsible for working with regional team on the internal control matters at ANI ANZ.
  • Responsible for implementing, directing and overseeing the auditing and compliance programs.
  • Conduct and direct audits and ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  •  Review and appraise the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and control and timeliness of documentation generation.
  • Assess the adequacy and extent of programs designed to safeguard organization assets
  • Comply and issue reports detailing conclusions and providing recommendations for control process improvements.
  •  Direct and appraise the activities of audit and compliance personnel.
  •  Recommend employee training and modifications to procedures as needed.
  •  Serve as liaison for applicable projects/audits from regional team.
     

Education Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting/Finance. CPA or CA qualified.
