As our Trade Marketing Executive based in Sydney, you'll directly influence our success, driving impactful campaigns that grow our business and delight our customers.

In the Market Development team, you’ll play an essential role, collaborating closely with teams and partners to deliver standout marketing initiatives and cement our competitive advantage. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Execute compelling trade and Online Travel Agent (OTA) marketing campaigns that boost revenue, engagement, and brand visibility. 
  • Manage targeted trade communications to drive awareness, engagement, and uptake of Air New Zealand products, services, and promotions. 
  • Manage campaigns and content across our agent platform Duo alongside the Trade Marketing Manager. 
  • Analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to continuously improve ROI. 
  • Develop creative collateral, bespoke promotions, and support materials tailored to our trade partners. 
  • Coordinate exciting trade events, conferences, and partner activations. 
  • Stay ahead by tracking trade activity and competitor movements, providing strategic insights to the team. 
  • Manage specific budget line items effectively, supporting forecasting and project delivery. 

What we're looking for: 

  • A degree in business or marketing combined with at least 2 years of relevant marketing experience. 
  • Proven ability to execute and optimise successful marketing campaigns. 
  • Strong organisational skills, detail orientation, and a knack for juggling multiple priorities. 
  • Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets and measuring marketing effectiveness. 
  • Confident communication skills, comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders. 
  • Design experience would be advantageous but not essential. 
  • A proactive attitude and genuine passion for travel.
