Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Trade Marketing Manager, you will work to manage retail marketing efforts, develop programming, and support the AU/NZ National Marketing Manager in focusing on velocity driving activities that help to achieve our sales goal for the beverage and active nutrition business.

This role is eligible to participate in our Nutrabolt Bonus Plan. 

What You're Good At:

  • Develop strategic plan and targets, which underpin business and marketing goals. Ensure these targets are met and regularly report performance against targets to the AU/NZ National Marketing Manager and SVP of International
  • Oversee the development of annual marketing plans for Food, Drug, Mass, Convenience and Specialty channels. Ensure these plans excite our key retail partners, drive velocity, engage our target consumers, bring our brand stories to life, and support new product launches
  • Attend retail account calls, in person and virtually, pitching customized programming
  • Track and communicate shopper marketing trends, insights, and best practices
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure shopper marketing activities align and compliment functional (Field, Athlete/ Influencer, Social, Digital) marketing programs, forming a cohesive and complimentary marketing approach
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, with a particular focus on forming close partnerships with the Field Sales and National Accounts teams
  • Provide recommendations for disruptive programming and tools to gain consumer share of mind within retail; overseeing the planning, development, execution and tracking of these activities
  • Maximize opportunities to drive sell-in and sell-through, including: commercialization decks, annual plans and programming
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners to craft selling stories that differentiate our brands
  • Build and nurture valuable relationships with external partners including distributors and key customers, particularly within their marketing departments
  • Report on programming performance, sharing both analytical insights and key takeaways, applying learnings to future programming
  • Support international beverage and powder business development in conjunction with its growth
  • Partner with peers and other internal partners (Innovation, Marketing team, Finance, and Supply Chain) to ensure projects meet milestones and budgets/ROI
  • Develop and manage annual budgets

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in trade, shopper, and/or field marketing
  • Highly developed leadership skills and management experience
  • Proven team player with an ability to develop quality cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, being comfortable with presenting / public speaking
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods preferred
  • Ability to travel and necessary to the business
