From nightclubs, bars and festivals to quick service restaurants and delivery apps, the On Premise is a unique environment where people come together with an ice cold can of Red Bull. The role of On Premise Marketing is to lead the marketing strategy within the On Premise, with the aim to position Red Bull as the #1 brand and product for the consumer and trade. Achieved by increasing visible distribution, building Red Bull's relevance and increased use across the entire On Premise. In addition, the position will manage all marketing related projects for our top Key Account Partners whilst developing marketing concepts that help acquire and grow new partners. 

Job Description

LIVING THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE

  • Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise culture. Build team engagement and support the development of the On Premise Marketing function for greater success
  • Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in the On Premise network
  • Monitor image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull. 

DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIES AND TOOLS

  • Develop and execute marketing activation strategy for On Premise segments together with On Premise Stakeholders, focusing on insights and segment marketing plans
  • Develop a POS reporting system that creates clarity and visibility to the sales team of all our tools currently stored in warehouses, stored interstate or arriving from the global POS order
  • Train, support, provide tools and tactics to the Key Accounts and Field Sales teams
  • Development of activation plans and toolkits for selected key customers, to drive distribution and volume 

UPHOLD BRAND STANDARDS ACROSS ALL ACTIVATIONS

  • Coordinate & support with internal marketing teams to develop account messaging strategy that aligns with company programs
  • Maintain the standards of Red Bull, leveraging assets framework, to create wins with our customers 

REPRESENT RED BULL MARKETING IN CUSTOMER MEETINGS & PLANNING SESSIONS

  • Be the expert in Red Bull Marketing opportunities during customer meetings, aligning their needs with Red Bull's Brand and On Premise strategic priorities
  • Work collaboratively with marketing counterparts (such as Sports, Gaming, Culture, and Brand) for customer marketing plans development

DRIVE STRATEGY INTO ACTION

  • Support acquisition & growth of new customers, and continue to push the boundaries with existing ones, via impactful Joint Business Plans (JBP’s)
  • Champion, lead and support customer impact and be the lead for the On Premise in terms of consumer activation and execution in market

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing, preferably within FMCG

A strong understanding, and love of, the local On Premise industry

Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines

Solid understanding of sales processes & high-level negotiation with Key Accounts

Demonstrated experienced in planning, project management and establishing new business partnerships, along with strong presentation skills
