In this exciting role you will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement and Trade Marketing, you will develop and execute the annual trade marketing strategy aligned to Disney Advertising’s commercial priorities and key content moments. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, communications, agencies, suppliers and industry partners to ensure Disney Advertising is positioned as an innovative, premium and client-centric partner.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and deliver Disney Advertising’s annual trade marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Lead premium client activations, industry events, hospitality experiences, agency roadshows and category showcases.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to identify opportunities that deepen agency and client engagement.
  • Use insights, market intelligence and performance data to shape initiatives that support commercial outcomes.
  • Manage event strategy, creative direction, logistics, budgets, suppliers and post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to amplify trade initiatives across PR, social and industry channels.
  • Oversee external agencies, vendors and event partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in trade marketing, B2B marketing, media, advertising, brand or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape and agency environment.
  • Proven experience delivering high-impact client events, activations and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A creative, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, brand-led environment.
