We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team based in North Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop specific shopper, trade marketing, and in-store excellence toolkits.
  • Collaborate with the National Field Managers, Sales, Brand, Category and Professional Services Managers to drive key activations for instore and online
  • Own the Trade Marketing budget and timelines
  • Liaise with design agencies and lead the POSM through to print
  • Support the range review and joint business plan processes with trade activation material
  • Manage the activations plans throughout the year and provide insights into best practice

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Shopper Marketing or Trade Marketing, ideally in an FMCG or consumer brand environment.

• Proven experience in developing shopper insights and executing marketing strategies in-store and online.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Familiarity with IRI/Aztec and IQVIA databases is preferred but not essential.
