Lead the Future of Campaign Excellence Across ANZ

🌟 Take the Lead in Campaign Management

  • Champion campaign strategy and execution across the ANZ region
  • Set the pace and raise the bar—driving team excellence, consistency, and success
  • Establish and enforce best-in-class campaign practices and quality standards
    Ensure campaign performance delivers measurable business growth and client retention
  • Step in to directly manage high-impact campaigns when strategic execution is needed

⚙ Be the Operational & Technical Anchor

  • Be the go-to expert for operational and technical decisions that deliver best in class outcomes for clients
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve challenges to keep campaigns on track
  • Act as the trusted advisor for all ANZ-related questions—internally and with clients
  • Drive additional value by upselling clients and showcasing the full power of our product suite

🚀 Drive Innovation in Campaign Operations

  • Lead the charge in trading, optimization, reporting, insights, and product innovation
    Bring new ideas to life by turning innovation into everyday best practices
  • Inspire and maintain team-wide adoption for impactful changes
  • Seamlessly integrate new product features into client campaigns for maximum impact

🤝 Coach, Develop, and Empower Your Team

  • Guide and grow a high-performing team of ANZ Traders, with direct oversight of the Trader Manager
  • Provide ongoing feedback and strategic input to elevate campaign performance
  • Mentor your team to sharpen their soft skills, commercial acumen, and technical abilities
  • Create an environment where team members thrive and progress in their careers

📊 Own Financial and Portfolio Performance

  • Oversee ANZ campaign portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with delivery goals
  • Manage monthly and quarterly targets, pacing, and campaign performance
  • Lead end-of-month billing, reconciliation, and financial reporting with confidence

🧭 Shape Strategy at the Highest Level

  • Join the ANZ Leadership Team and help steer the direction of trading and operations
  • Collaborate on regional strategy, identifying emerging trends and growth opportunities
  • Anticipate risks, adapt quickly, and ensure trading activities remain future-focused and results-driven


What you’ll bring  

  • Proven experience in hands-on programmatic trading
  • Strong understanding of programmatic and a technical, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth through trading and operational excellence
  • High proficiency with global programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, and others
  • Understanding of how programmatic integrates with broader marketing strategies like search and social
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks through to completion
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Clear and professional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
  • Proven experience in team leadership, talent development, and building high-performing teams
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and levels
  • Strong alignment with MiQ’s values and culture
  • Positive, solutions-focused attitude with a desire to grow with the company
