What You’ll Do
As a Trainee Coordinator, you’ll rotate through various service streams, supporting our teams and learning the ropes of managing complex property portfolios. You’ll:
Assist with data collection, validation, and reporting
Support administrative and operational tasks
Participate in meetings and working groups
Engage with internal teams, clients, and service providers
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
A keen interest in property, facilities management, or related fields
Some experience (paid or volunteer) in the property industry is a plus
Intent to pursue a relevant tertiary qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
