What You’ll Do
As a Trainee Coordinator, you’ll rotate through various service streams, supporting our teams and learning the ropes of managing complex property portfolios. You’ll:

  • Assist with data collection, validation, and reporting

  • Support administrative and operational tasks

  • Participate in meetings and working groups

  • Engage with internal teams, clients, and service providers

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • A keen interest in property, facilities management, or related fields

  • Some experience (paid or volunteer) in the property industry is a plus

  • Intent to pursue a relevant tertiary qualification

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
