About the role 

We’re looking for Training Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional learning experiences that help our clients get the most out of our solutions.

As a key member of our Training team, you’ll ensure customer success and satisfaction by delivering best-in-class training and consulting services—both internally and externally. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver tailored training and consulting to school leaders, educators, administrators, enterprise clients, and internal teams;

  • Prepare and maintain training tools, content, and resources (including Sentral Academy material);

  • Provide a consistently high level of customer service and support across all training engagements;

  • Create training materials and help documentation that meet diverse learning needs and ensure clear outcomes;

  • Manage training-related requests and triage issues with support from the Training Manager;

  • Collaborate across teams to enhance training programs, support product development, and drive customer success strategies;

  • Contribute to internal learning initiatives and help shape a positive, collaborative team culture;

  • Track and update project statuses, complete timesheets, and provide insights to support business decision-making;

  • Evaluate and improve training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

About you

You're passionate about making a difference in education by delivering impactful training and consulting that empowers educators and administrators. A confident and experienced trainer, you thrive on connecting with people and take genuine satisfaction in helping others succeed.

With a natural ability to build trust and rapport, you foster strong, collaborative relationships and are known for your engaging communication style. You're driven, adaptable, and bring both empathy and expertise to every interaction.

You will also bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience using Sentral in a school administration or relevant environment;

  • Strong consultation and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels;

  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills for various audience sizes;

  • Technically savvy with web-based platforms and tools such as MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Salesforce;

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Bonus Points For:

  • A tertiary qualification in Education or a related discipline;

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Training or Consulting role;

  • Experience designing and delivering training in an EdTech or SaaS environment.

Please note that you must have:

  • A valid Australian Drivers Licence, a reliable car and are willing to travel;

  • Full work rights in Australia;

  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check;

  • Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check  

Salary and Travel requirements:

  • Depending on experience the salary range for this role is $95, 000 - $105, 000 base superannuation

  • There are requirements for travel within this role. Our schools span across the country and whilst we aim for in-person sessions to be local, there are rural and interstate travel commitments that arise. All travel expenses are fully covered by the business.
