As a Training Program Coordinator at EML, you’ll provide vital support to the delivery of the Mutual Benefits Training Program a key initiative that helps EML maintain its leading position in personal injury claims management.
 

Working within a high-performing team, you’ll assist in coordinating a range of market-leading training products for EML’s employer customers, their workforce, and injured workers. These include both facilitated sessions and self-paced learning options.
 

The training you’ll help deliver plays an important role in supporting customers to improve their return-to-work outcomes and workplace health and safety performance, while also contributing to EML’s broader customer promise.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the facilitated training program in line with the EMlearning strategy, including scheduling, facilitator bookings, event setup, and program logistics.
  • Assist with maintaining the EMlearning platform and EML websites by updating event pages, managing email invitations and reminders, and ensuring course information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the marketing and promotion of the training program by working closely with the Mutual Benefits Communications Specialist and internal teams to share updates, gather feedback, and help boost event participation.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of new e-learning courses and help maintain a library of digital learning resources that support employer customers in managing workplace risk and improving claims outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on training attendance, customer feedback, and program performance, helping to identify opportunities for improvement and track program engagement.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in a learning and development role, ideally with exposure to training programs or digital learning.
  • Previous exposure supporting the planning and coordination of training sessions, events, or online learning activities.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems or a willingness to quickly learn new platforms and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with confidence using Word, PowerPoint and Excel to produce reports, presentations, and manage data.
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in supporting training programs that make a positive difference for injured workers and employer customers.
