As a Training Program Manager at EML, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the Mutual Benefits Training Program - a key initiative designed to help EML retain its leading position in personal injury claims management.

This role sits within a high-performing team that works strategically to deliver a comprehensive suite of market-leading facilitated and self-paced training products to EML’s employer customers, their workforce, and injured workers.

These training products enable our customers to improve their return-to-work outcomes and WHS performance, while also supporting EML’s broader customer value proposition.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, plan and manage all aspects of the facilitated training program in accordance with the EMlearning strategy, including creation of an annual plan, facilitator engagement, event delivery, and ongoing alignment with the Employer Training Program strategy.
  • Oversee the design, delivery and management of the EMlearning platform and EML websites, ensuring accuracy of event pages, email campaigns, platform functionality, and management of SCORM agreements for EML group customers.
  • Support the marketing strategy for the facilitated training program in collaboration with the Mutual Benefits Communications Specialist, while actively engaging internal stakeholders and client services to provide updates, gather feedback, and promote events.
  • Support the design, development and delivery of new e-learning courses and maintain a comprehensive suite of digital learning resources aimed at reducing workplace risk and improving claims outcomes for employer customers.
  • Develop and maintain a standard monthly and annual reporting suite providing insights on product uptake, attendance, customer feedback, competitor analysis, and recommendations to continuously improve both facilitated and online learning programs.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar learning and development, event management and/or online product management role.
  • Your background will include planning, coordinating and managing training programs, events or digital learning products.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Learning Management Systems with at least intermediate-level capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level or above, including the ability to produce reports, presentations and marketing communications to a high standard, and efficiently manage data in Excel.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, customer value, and delivering training products that genuinely support better outcomes for injured workers and employer customers.
