We’re looking for a strategic leader to shape the future of our software business and turn big ideas into impactful change. In this role, you’ll lead high-profile transformation projects that boost efficiency, unlock scalability, and power our next stage of growth.

You’ll work closely with teams across Engineering, Product, Support, Services, HR and Finance to deliver smarter processes, stronger collaboration and meaningful business outcomes that align with our long-term strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Track progress, anticipate challenges, and keep projects on target.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams and manage expectations.
  • Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues when needed.
  • Lead change initiatives, guide smooth transitions, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Keep leadership and stakeholders informed with clear updates and accurate documentation.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver successful outcomes and support the growth of your team.

Requirements

What you will need to be successful in this role

  • Proven experience in project execution and delivery, creating realistic timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Skilled at identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks proactively.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure spending stays within agreed limits.
  • Deliver projects that meet agreed standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communicator, able to report progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Able to balance competing priorities and make informed decisions within project constraints.
  • Resilient under pressure, maintaining composure and overcoming setbacks.
  • Take ownership of outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Understand the impact of change on an organisation and use effective strategies to deliver measurable benefits.
