About the role: 

The Treasury Accountant role is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the treasury function for JCDecaux ANZ. The role also has responsibility for some aspects of group reporting, fixed asset accounting, reconciliations and special projects as required.


A Day in the life:

  • Adherence to the Group accounting policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate proficiency with using Oracle ERP and provide support to Finance team members with operating the system
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Weekly cashflow forecasting reported to Head of Finance
  • Monthly cashflow reporting for ELT reporting
  • Work with AR to tracking and reconcile of debt factoring
  • Weekly calculate and organise repayment of debt factoring
  • Ensure timeous treasury packs completion within Saphir
  • Assist in addressing any queries from Group regarding cashflow and debt factoring.
  • Understanding of fixed asset cost and accumulated depreciation to identify and explain margin variances
  • Assisting with fixed asset register (FAR) maintenance
  • Have an understanding of Fusion software and how to use to identify disposals

About you:

  • Demonstrated accounting experience
  • Degree qualified
  • CPA or CA qualified or nearing completion
  • Able to summarise complex data and provide meaningful analysis
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced excel skills
