The Opportunity

The Ultimate Renewal Sales Specialist will work with existing customers to renew their Ultimate Success and Legacy Paid Support Agreements with Adobe. This will be accomplished through but not limited to understanding existing customer footprint and use cases, customer sales activities, value realization and usage measures.  The role involves the management of existing accounts through the renewal of support agreements as well as finding new opportunities within the account base. The Ultimate Renewals Account Manager will be based out of Sydney offices!

What you'll Do

  • Drive and close renewal opportunities and upsell in the Ultimate Success program.

  • Assist customers in understanding Adobe paid support and how it fits within their current license infrastructure and business processes.

  • Drive Paid Support Customer Retention using customer insights, usage, understanding of business issues and company objectives.

  • Leverage Mutual Action Plans to drive on-time-renewals.

  • Planning.  Effective planning skills to plan out customer renewals and timelines throughout the FY.

  • Time management.  Will work closely with Account Directors, Enterprise RSS’s and Product Specialists to strategically plan customer retention and growth plans within each existing Adobe relationship.

  • Add additional growth to every renewal as well as uncover growth opportunities beyond the current Adobe relationship

What you need to succeed

  • 3 – 5 years of prior inside/outside sales experience, preferably in enterprise software, with a proven track record of success.

  • Prior account management experience around renewal of Enterprise Agreements, including understanding customer use cases, product usage and legal terms

  • Understanding of the sales cycle and solution selling process into Strategic Accounts is helpful, but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be an active listener

  • Experience in prospect to closure and holding quota for your own territory

  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all deals in the CRM system.

  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
