Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a  UX Designer and Researcher M/F  (f/m) to join our Digital Experience Platform team based in Toulouse, France.

At Airbus, we are growing our User Centric Design team. We need an experienced and accomplished UX Designer and Researcher to join us and reinforce our Design Services team, to support different Airbus projects.

• As part of the Design Services team, you will lead UX Design and Research activities using qualitative and quantitative methods to create actionable insights across the product development lifecycle translating research findings and user needs into suitable design solutions including concept definition, human factors evaluation and testing of designs and early prototypes, as well as UX evaluation and testing of more mature prototypes 

• Contribute to an internal knowledge base UX foundation to provide guidance, templates and best practices in varied UX methodologies

• Proven track record and experience in UX Design and Research

• Strong experience conducting and/or leading user research, testing and influencing user experience design on products and services.​

-Strong experience conducting and/or leading user research, testing and influencing user experience design on products and services.

-Experience working in a global international context performing user-centered research supporting enterprise

-Experience combining qualitative and quantitative user data into cohesive insights

-Experience with mapping research findings to the broader state of the art to produce credible research narratives

-Experience with UX Design and research tools to enhance the task performance (Figma, Condens)

• Agile and Design Thinking knowledge and a very curious mind,

• Autonomous with the ability to take initiative

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build great rapport with people,

• Strong work ethic and a team player attitude, keen to be developed and develop others

• Comfort working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives,

• Comfort preparing and leading creative workshops and design sprints

• Ability to make  your ideas heard, not afraid to take risks, and to work with a team physically spread between 4 countries!

• A passion for software and technologies that solve problems

• Advanced level of English and French
