We are looking for someone who is:

  • action oriented
  • customer focus
  • problem solving
  • understanding others
  • creativity
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in UX design with a strong research foundation.
  • A portfolio of past work that demonstrates how you’ve used research to influence design (Website or PDF).
  • Proven ability to identify user pain points and translate them into simple, elegant product solutions.
  • Proficiency in Figma (our primary tool), with experience in prototyping and design systems.
  • Ability to run and interpret both qualitative and quantitative research studies.
  • An understanding of front-end technologies and experience designing responsive, accessible web interfaces.
  • Bonus points: experience or knowledge of service design.
  • Bonus points: experience in graphic design, marketing, or illustration.

Why work for us?

Our mission is deeply inspiring: we’re working to save teachers 300 hours a year and solve fundamental problems for education globally. You’ll be pivotal in evolving the product and helping build something truly impactful.

Our team is open-minded, respectful, and flexible in how and where you work, supporting a healthy, fulfilled life alongside professional success.

We are growing rapidly, having expanded into the US market and launching features that support students. It’s a fantastic time to join a world-class team.

We offer competitive remuneration at all levels.
