We’re looking for an experienced UX Writer to be part of creating exceptional customer experiences through UX writing and content design for a global product. You will produce engaging and on-brand copy strategically thinking through multi-region customer journeys and working with designers, researchers, product managers, data and other stakeholders to deliver compelling UX content solutions.

This is a hybrid role, in office Monday - Thursday and working from home on Friday. 

Role based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The Role You’ll Play

  • Produce clear, concise, useful, and engaging copy that aligns with key UX principles, and our brand tone & style.
  • Create end-to-end content in-line with the Prezzee brand, tone and style across our website and app.
  • Look into current user flows and experiences, identify issues and pain points and work collaboratively with the rest of the UX team to come up with proper solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with product owners, UX Designers, UX Researchers, data analysts and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for content enhancements.
  • Clearly communicate complex information with language that is simple, authentic, friendly, and human.
  • Use data, research, and insights from the team to drive UX and content-led initiatives.
  • Manage multiple demands and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.

  • You are experienced in writing or editing content for the web and mobile experiences as a UX writer and want to advance in the content design space.
  • You have a genuine passion for UX writing, developing strategies based on insights from real people and have experience working with user research and analysing customer feedback.
  • You are a phenomenal communicator and collaborator.
  • You have the ability to work in an agile environment and are very comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • You enjoy solving problems, big and small, for all kinds of users.
  • You have a positive attitude with a relentless drive towards quality and consistency
  • You proactively identify challenges as well as develop and deliver solutions of value.
  • You thrive in fast growth businesses, able to adapt to changing priorities, can be flexible and are willing to take ownership of an outcome.
  • You possess a growth-mindset. You're open and receptive to feedback, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
