At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what’s the role all about?

As NICE advances its AI roadmap with conversational AI, workflow orchestration, Agentic AI & Copilots, and data-driven CX analytics, we are expanding on our already strong and sustained growth in Australia & New Zealand—one of our most dynamic and rapidly developing regions.

The VP, Sales, ANZ will be responsible for developing and executing the full commercial strategy for NiCE’s AI-driven CX Go-to-Market in Australia and New Zealand. This leader will build and scale a high-performing sales organization, direct complex enterprise deals, manage and grow the partner ecosystem, and ensure cross-functional alignment with presales, marketing, solution consulting, and global product/AI teams. The role will report to the President of CX International (UK-based), be a member of the International Leadership Team and will contribute to International the GTM (go-to-market) strategy while tailoring tactics to the ANZ region.

How will you make an impact?

  • Regional Sales Strategy & Leadership — Define and execute the ANZ commercial strategy (forecasting, pipeline management, territory coverage, quotas).
  • Team Management & Development — Lead, mentor and scale a team of ~12–15 sales professionals (including 2 Sales Directors), ensuring high performance, quota attainment, and career growth. Shape and align the broader go-to-market ecosystem: presales, solution consulting, marketing, SDRs, partner/alliances, and sales enablement.
  • Enterprise & Strategic Selling — Own and lead large enterprise sales cycles (from prospecting to negotiation and closing), targeting major organizations across a variety of verticals. Ensure adoption of NiCE’s full suite: AI Agents, workflow orchestration, omnichannel CX, analytics & workforce augmentation.
  • Partner & Ecosystem Growth — Develop and manage a strong partner channel in ANZ: system integrators, resellers and GSIs. Drive co-selling and alliance strategies to expand reach and accelerate time to value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration — Work closely with presales/solution consulting, product/AI teams, marketing, customer success, and professional services to localize value propositions, run pilot projects, and accelerate adoption of NiCE’s evolving AI-enabled CX platform.
  • Go-to-Market Execution & Adaptation — Adapt global GTM frameworks to the ANZ region (market-specific messaging, sales plays, vertical strategies, competitive positioning).
  • Revenue & Growth Accountability — Responsible for achieving booking targets, growth metrics, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across ANZ.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence — Represent NICE externally (industry events, customer briefings, analyst/partner forums), build brand presence as a leader in AI-driven customer experience in the ANZ markets. Provide feedback from market to global product and strategy teams to influence roadmap.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Proven track record (15+ years) in enterprise software / SaaS sales leadership, ideally in contact center, CX, CRM, cloud or AI-driven solutions — with at least 7 years managing a sizeable team (10+ sellers) including sales directors/management layers.
  • Demonstrated success selling to large enterprise in Australia & New Zealand, with ability to navigate complex procurement, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cloud software selling such as contact-center, CX, customer engagement, CRM, digital transformation markets
  • Experience building and managing partner ecosystems: alliances, resellers, BPOs, integrators and GSIs.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional go-to-market motions, collaborate with presales, solution consulting, marketing, product, and global leadership.
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to both set long-term vision for regional growth and drive day-to-day execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership style: empowering, coaching, data-driven and customer-obsessed.
  • Travel flexibility across ANZ region (and occasional global travel)

What’s in it for you?

  • Opportunity to lead and scale NiCE’s Agentic AI business building on top of our position as the market leading CCaaS provider in ANZ.
  • Being part of an International Sales Leadership team, directly influencing NiCE’s worldwide AI-CX strategy and market expansion.
  • Working with cutting-edge, Agentic AI technology — helping enterprises transform customer experience and operations using generative AI, automation, analytics.
  • Autonomy to build a high-performing team and partner ecosystem, implement strategic sales plays, and drive meaningful revenue growth.
  • Exposure to leading enterprises across multiple sectors and ability to influence product direction by feeding region-specific insights into global roadmap.
