About Role

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially savvy sales leader to join our iShares Wealth  sales team. This role reports to the Head of iShares Wealth, Greater China and Southeast Asia and will drive distribution strategy for ETFs, managed accounts, customized solutions, and digital advisory offerings via a broad set of intermediaries. 

 

The successful candidate will own strategic coverage of key intermediary relationships and leverage data, analytics, and technology to enhance engagement, uncover opportunities, and support commercial growth across retail to private banking segments. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute an integrated commercial strategy for priority intermediary accounts 

  • Drive new asset growth and revenue within the iShares Wealth book of business 

  • Establish and originate systematic coverage model for financial intermediaries in the SEA region 

  • Leverage data analytics, CRM insights, and AI-enabled tools to identify sales opportunities and deepen client engagement. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership at distributors, acting as a trusted commercial partner. 

  • Translate macro, market, and regulatory trends into actionable client propositions, supported by analytics and research platforms. 

  • Represent iShares Wealth and Blackrock externally with clients and at key market and industry events 

  • Partner with product strategy and development teams to co-create investment solutions tailored to client needs. 

  • Provide structured market intelligence to guide sales strategy, product enhancements, and opportunity prioritization. 

  • Drive new client partnerships, navigating due diligence processes and building relationships with gatekeepers. 

  • Act as a senior team leader—coaching, developing, and empowering team members to meet business goals. 

 

Experience & Skills 

  • 7-10 years of sales and business leadership experience in asset management. 

  • Proven track record in business development and commercial execution. 

  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, multi-asset products, ETFs, and model portfolio solutions. 

  • Deep relationships with Singapore financial intermediaries. 

  • Ability to leverage digital platforms, data analytics, and AI tools to enhance sales effectiveness. 

  • Highly collaborative, self-starting, and able to work cross-functionally across APAC and global teams.
